Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

 

Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

 

BodyCombat is a fiercely energetic program that is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

 

 

Freestyle Classes

 

WASHBOARD ABS

30 minutes of abdominal and back strengthening exercises for total core strength.

 

BOXING CIRCUIT

A high intensity boxing circuit class.  Members must bring their own boxing gloves for hygiene purposes.

 

ROPE BURN

30 minutes of High Energy & Awesome Rope Moves awaits You! This Unique Class will guide you through technique, deliver variety & encourage the fun & creativity of Rope Skipping. This is the Ultimate Workout....Burn Fat, Get Fit and & Tone Your Body...Accept the Challenge!

 

CROSS TRAINING

A freestyle aerobics class.  Strengthen core and muscle tone.  Combining weight training and aerobic endurance.

 

SPIN

Stationary indoor cycling class.  Work at your own pace.

 

HI/LO STEP

Hi/Lo intensity is recommended for members who enjoy fun filling mind and muscle workouts.

 

PILATES

Intermediate torso strength and conditioning.

 

FITNESS PILATES

A more energic and fitness directed form of Pilates.

 

TRX

Functional strength training class using a TRX suspension training system.


TREAD TREKKERS

Using the treadmills and training to music this is fun & focused class for all fitness levels to get you a superior cardio workout. Great for increasing fitness, weight loss and conditioning.

 

YOGA

Improve your flexibility and stamina, whilst relaxing the mind.  A great way to unwind after a hard day.

 

ZUMBA

Combines Latin, African and Bollywood rhythms.  This unique class has a party atmosphere yet trains your body with intervals of intensity and body sculpting strength work.
